Great location by canal and shops, bars, and train station. Quirky decor with cute messages and mirrors. Nice seating area with pool table and games. Friendly staff, especially Chris, Rich, Keith, and Craig. Holding room for luggage is helpful. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel's location by the canal allows for scenic walks to the city center and Chester's historical sites. The modern rooms are well-designed, with USB plug sockets and a hairdryer. The breakfast offers a good variety of options, and the staff is helpful. The facilities for kids, such as board games and pool tables, make it enjoyable for families.
Limited onsite parking can be problematic, especially during peak times.

I had an amazing stay here! The location is fantastic, right next to the canal and just a short walk away from the centre. There are so many amenities available, from room service and dry cleaning to free toiletries and a flat-screen TV. The staff were incredibly friendly and even offered a welcome drink upon arrival. The fitness centre and bar/lounge area were great places to hang out and relax.
I would recommend this place to everyone!

The hotel had a great location right near the canal and not too far from the station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The cleanliness was outstanding, with well-maintained rooms and facilities. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were exceptionally friendly. We were impressed by their efficiency at check-in and their helpfulness throughout our stay.
No queues for food/drinks/restocking, low-quality food, inadequate seating and tables.

From the moment I arrived at Moxy, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The check-in process was easy and my room was available on time. The staff at the front desk were brilliant, helping me get my bearings in the area. The room itself was cosy, with all the necessary facilities. The breakfast and bar service were highlights, offering a wide array of options. I also loved the hotel lounge - it was a relaxing place to unwind. Additionally, I appreciated being able to stay in my car park space for a few hours after check out, which was very helpful.
